Berry Fake’s

I’m excited to tell you all the recipe for my Berry Fake’s! They were absolutely delicious and healthy – the perfect snack for any occasion.


To make them:
Mix in a large bowl 1 1/2 cups rolled oats, 1tsp baking powder, 2tbsp milled flaxseed, 2tbsp buckwheat flour and 1tsp xantham gum.

In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup agave nectar (or honey), 2tbsp coconut oil, 1tbsp cacao butter, 1 cup nut butter and 50g mixed seeds.

Combine both mixtures and stir. Add in berry compote (150g mixed berries simmered in 50ml water until thickened).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C fan for 15 mins until cooked.

Take out, leave to cool and slice!
