Raw Vegan Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Good afternoon everyone! I hope you’re all enjoying this amazingly sunny weather we are having in the UK at the moment, I certainly am!

Today I wanted to create something raw, healthy yet totally decadent and delicious. So here is my incredibly scrummy raw vegan chocolate fudge brownie recipe. Enjoy!!

You will need:
1 cup pecans
1 cup pitted dates (medjool work best)
2 tbsp ground almonds
5 ready to eat figs
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baobab powder (optional)
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Directions:
Blend dry ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Slowly add the maple syrup and the coconut oil until the mixture is sticky yet firm.

Set in a lined baking tin in the freezer for at least one hour. Slice then serve! Enjoy!

    Just wondered where you buy some of your ingredients, such as the cacao powder etc, is it online or the usual health food shops we get in the towns?
