My kitchen essentials!

I know that sometimes when starting to eat healthy and substitute your normal foods for ‘clean’ alternatives, it can be difficult! There are so many foods and goodies that claim to have amazing health benefits.. So where do you start?! Well I’ve dedicated this post to sharing with you my cupboard staples and my kitchen must haves when embarking on a healthy journey! I’ve created a list of 20 foods that are always in my kitchen for you to draw some inspiration from! I hope you find it useful 🙂
