Creamy Berry & Banana Porridge.

Good morning! Although it may be warming up outside, I am still clinging on to my winter warming breakfasts for as long as I can! Today I wanted to share with you this delicious, creamy, vegan porridge recipe with you all. I hope you love it! 


You will need [serves one]:

  • 40g porridge oats 
  • 50g blueberries 
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of almond/coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts 
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp goji berries 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 


  1. Add the oats, blueberries and milk to a saucepan and bring to the boil
  2. Leave the oats to simmer and thicken, at the same time, mash the banana then add the banana to the saucepan
  3. Serve the porridge in a medium sized bowl and top with goji berries, cashews, seeds and maple syrup

  1. I found you on Instagram and loved you yummy looking post so I had a little nosey at your blog. I love it, I always say I’m going to start eating healthy but always lack inspiration and motivation and now I’ve got that in one place. I love that you have recipes for all meals and snacks so I can plan what I’m going to have each day. I will deffiently be trying out many of these recipes x
