Raspberry + Chia Brownies

Bank holidays are the perfect time for cooking and baking yummy treats! So today I created a brand new, decadent and delicious chocolate recipe. These include chia seeds, raspberries and maple syrup for a delicious sweet treat. They taste like little drops of heaven! Enjoy!


  • 50g oats
  • 35g quinoa flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 20g raw cacao powder
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 80ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 70g frozen raspberries
  • A sprinkle of chia seeds and cacao nibs for a topping


  1. Preheat the oven to 180’C fan
  2. Combine all of the ingredients, apart from the chia and cacao nib toppings, in a large mixing bowl until the mixture is combined well
  3. Grease and line a 8×8 inch square baking tin
  4. Scoop the mixture into the tin and bake in the oven for 12-14minutes, until a knife comes out clean
  5. Leave in the tin to cool for at least 30 minutes
  6. Slice the brownies and eat right away!
  7. Store in an air tight container
