  1. I am not very adventurous with smoothies unfortunately and tend to stick to a gluten free dairy free version with protein powder, bananas and whatever fruit I am not allergic to that is on hand (usually mango and/or blueberries). I would love to try green smoothies – and include some veggies in there! Any tips would be welcome!!

    • My most favorite kind of smoothie contains a LOT of berries – blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries! I also like to add bananas and a few splashes of coconut water. 🙂 so delicious!

  2. My fave type of smoothie has to be a breakfast protien smoothie! Yoghurt, oats, and whatever fresh fruit I can find, so yummy!

  3. My favourite smoothie always seems to be the one I am drinking at the time! I feel especially good if this is using up green leaves and fruit from the fridge and fruitbowl!

  4. I’m not the biggest smoothiemaker, but especially in Summer I love making a beer smoothie! I use a banana, frozen red berries, oats and yogurt and simplex blende it all up! The oats make sure you’re fulltime until lunch!

  5. I would have to say that in terms of smoothies, I don’t have an ultimate favourite, but I love everything that has pineapple and strawberries💜

  6. My favourite smoothie is apple, kiwi and kale – full of green goodness 🙂
I would love to try your mango and banana ice cream smoothie with chopped dates and coconut sugar, it looks INSANE!
Thank you for all your inspiring instagram posts, they’re really helping me change my bad habits. I feel more lively and awake than ever x

  7. I love mango, strawberry and banana but we have been trying to go a little more green for my partner’s health so I’m adding kale and chia and looking for other ideas.

  8. I love fruit smoothies, cause I can manke sooo many combinations with fruits. But mostly I like iz exotic with mango, coconut, pineapple and rhubarb.

  9. I absolutely love throwing as many superfoods into my smoothies as possible! My current favourite is vegan chocolate protein powder, almond milk, oats, spirulina, cacao powder, avocado, banana and blueberry! So good 🙂

  10. I’m afraid my favourite is plain and simple strawberry and banana, but I would love to try more at home

  11. My absolute favorite smoothie is with frozen banana, orange, lemon and frozen berries!
But lately I’ve also tried one with rhubarb, strawberry, lemon and elder and it was freakin delicious! 😉
