Raw Vegan Cold ‘Hot Chocolate’. 

Hello everyone! I hope you are all well and you’re having a great week so far. I’ve been really loving experimenting with different smoothie recipes and flavours recently, and I’ve discovered my new ultimate cold drink – a cold hot chocolate! I am a sucker when it comes to hot chocolate, I’m literally obsessed! But sometimes it’s too warm outside to have one, which is where this recipe comes in handy! Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 3 dates (can be dried)
  • 200ml almond milk
  • LivWell Raw Cacao flavour plant protein powder (two scoops, or more depending how much you want!) – you can also use any other chocolate flavoured protein powder for this too!
  • A sprinkle of cacao powder and some cacao nibs to top for decoration

Directions:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender (I use an Optimum 9200 next generation) until smooth
  2. Pour the drink into a glass and (optional) top with cacao powder and nibs for a great instagram picture…
  3. Drink right away!
