Black Cherry & Blueberry Overnight Oats

I am probably the biggest porridge fan on the planet. I absolutely love porridge, but in the summer (well, if you can call this a summer..!) or the autumn, I sometimes don’t fancy a large bowl of steaming hot brekkie, so I have made these delicious overnight oat recipes so you can still enjoy the humble taste of porridge in the morning, but you needn’t break out into a hot sweat whilst you’re eating it! Let’s get into the recipes..! (YUP, you’re getting two for the price of one here, aren’t you a lucky duck!?)

Black Cherry Overnight Oats 

Ingredients:


Method:

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds and almond milk to a jar (or a bowl will also be fine) and stir gently
  2. Add the chopped cherries, yoghurt and coconut flakes and stir
  3. Set the oats in the fridge overnight
  4. Enjoy in the morning!

Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:


Method:

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and almond milk to a jar (or a bowl will also be fine) and stir gently
  2. Add the blueberries, cashews and syrup and stir
  3. Set the oats in the fridge overnight
  4. Enjoy in the morning!
