Hola Amigos! 👋🏼☀️ . I’ve been having the loveliest week in the Dominican Republic soaking up the sun and enjoying some of the most delicious food! 😍 . We went on a boat trip 🚤 to a deserted Caribbean Island for a day and it was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited! 🌴 . I’ve been indulging in the delicious all-you-can-eat buffets for breakfast and dinner -> here is my staple brekkie of pancakes with berries 🍇 + maple syrup + almonds and some porridge oats with cinnamon + berries + banana 🍌 . It’s amazing how great I feel eating so much food all day long! I’ve done zero exercise since I landed a week ago and I’ve never felt physically better 🙌🏼💪🏼 you don’t need to restrict yourself to get the body you want! . How do you fancy jazzing up your sweet potato wedges!? 🙌🏼🍠 - If you’re like me and you LOVE trying new recipes but hate it when you have to buy a whole bottle of this and that to make the recipe (which can be super expensive 🙈) then why not try Just A Splash cooking alcohols which are just the right amount for individual recipes? It’s super affordable (you can pick yours up from @ocadouk for £1.99 only), it reduces waste and the pouches are easy to store 🙌🏼 these pouches of spirits and fortified wines are a smaller and more practical alternative to buying a whole bottle of alcohol for a recipe 🤗📝 - Here’s the recipe for my sweet potato wedges: 1 medium sweet potato, 2 eggs, 1 sachet of @justasplashco Marsala, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp coconut oil (for cooking) & handful of mixed greens —> 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180’c (fan). 2. Peel and chop the sweet potato into wedges and marinade in your Just A Splash and paprika and leave for 30 mins. 3. Bake the sweet potato in the oven for 35 mins. 4. Serve with two boiled eggs (pop the eggs into boiling water and simmer for 4.5mins!) and a side salad! 💚 #whybuyabottle #giveitashot #ad
